2. Description of Service
TaxKira is a tax planning and reference tool. It does not constitute professional tax advice and does not submit returns directly to LHDN.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of data entered, keeping PIN secure, and submitting their own returns to LHDN via MyTax.
4. Disclaimer
TaxKira reference documents (Helaian Kerja, Form BE) are for planning purposes only and are not official LHDN submissions.
5. Limitation of Liability
TaxKira is not liable for any tax penalties, errors or omissions resulting from use of the platform.
6. Account Security
Users must keep their PIN confidential. Forgotten PINs cannot be recovered.
7. Prohibited Use
No scraping, reverse engineering, or use for illegal purposes.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
